The Foodie Birthday So Far...



Cafe au lait and a palmier at Champagne





Farmers' market bounty: spinach, shallots, strawberries, golden beets, tomatoes, figs, cilantro, zucchini, and blueberries.


A simple and delicious lunch: fresh figs broiled with Cowgirl Creamery's Mt. Tam cheese.

The Mt Tam cheese sure looks good and the blueberries but I'd settle for Cafe au lait and a palmier!

Looks wonderful... I love the pic of the veggies/fruits..

Would you believe I've never eaten a fresh fig? I have to remedy that.

Hi Tanna,

The MT. Tam cheese was delicious, but the breakfast was a special treat.

Melody - fresh figs are either something you love or hate! These were perfectly ripe.
